Fresh Salmon, Sourced Globally
Raw Seafoods offers fresh farm-raised Atlantic salmon sourced from leading global origins, including Canada, Chile, Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. With Canada and the Faroe Islands serving as primary sources, our program gives customers dependable access to fresh salmon that can be processed in-house for portions and customer-specific formats.
During wild salmon season, we also process fresh king, sockeye, and coho, giving customers access to seasonal wild salmon programs backed by careful handling and in-house processing capabilities.

Frozen Salmon, Value-added Variety
Raw Seafoods sources premium frozen H&G salmon across wild species including king, sockeye, coho, keta, and pink salmon. The product is reprocessed in our facility to support value-added formats, portion programs, and previously frozen salmon applications.
Because previously frozen programs depend heavily on raw material quality, we focus on sourcing premium fish and handling the salmon through a controlled in-house process. The result is a flexible frozen salmon program built for retail, wholesale, and foodservice needs.
