By working directly with vessel owners and captains, we maintain full visibility from catch to customer. This direct supply model ensures peak freshness, consistent sizing, and uncompromising quality standards every step of the way.

Raw Seafoods sources wild-caught scallops through trusted primary resources, including direct access to the New Bedford auction, one of the most active seafood ports in the Northeast. Our Procurement team is on-site early in the morning, working close to the source to secure product that meets our customers’ exact needs.

 

From vessel offload to careful handling, packing, and shipping, our process is built around quality, consistency, and flexibility. Whether the customers need all-natural scallops or phosphate-free options, we have the sourcing relationships, processing capabilities, and product knowledge to help spec the right program. Our scallops are packed in gallon cans under two distinct brands, giving customers reliable options based on their product requirements, menu applications, and operational preferences.
